From your field
to the buyer's shelf.
Vriddhi Global connects farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations with the buyers who need graded produce every day — quick-commerce supply partners, dal mills, feed and flour mills. Every lot is sold before it is bought, graded and accepted at origin, and the farmer is paid on the day of loading — and an AI desk that matches every graded lot to the order it was bought for.
Part of a group building assurance, technology, electric machinery and women-led rural enterprise for Bharat's producers.
Trust built into the process
Sold before it's bought
We source only against a confirmed purchase order — grade, quantity and price fixed on both sides before the first rupee moves. No speculative stock, no price risk passed back to the farmer.
Accepted at origin
The buyer's assessor grades the lot and witnesses weighment at the farm gate or collection centre. The price is decided by the report, not the weighbridge argument. Once accepted, there are no deductions at destination.
Paid at loading
Farmers are not lending money to the chain. Our own settlement with the buyer runs on a fixed-date bill, escrow-secured — so neither side is chasing the other.
"We don't buy your produce cheap and sell it dear. We put it in front of buyers who have already ordered it, and we make sure both sides keep their word."
Sell to the buyers who have already ordered.
When you sell at the mandi, your onions or grain pass through three or four hands before they reach the shelf or the mill. Each hand takes a margin. Each hand argues about grade and weight. Vriddhi Global shortens that chain: your lot, graded at your gate against an order that already exactly what you grow.
Who this is for: FPOs, women's collectives and cooperatives with a truckload or more to sell; progressive farmers and aggregators who sell by grade, not by heap.
What we ask: onions sized and sorted to the buyer's grade; grain at or below 12% moisture, cleaned and bagged; KYC and bank details for your FPO or yourself so we can pay you at loading.
Languages: Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, English.
The price is agreed on the grading report at your gate, not on someone's thumb at the weighbridge.
Bank transfer on the day of loading. No waiting 30 days for the trader to be paid first.
We come to you with a purchase order in hand. Your lot is sold before it is loaded.
Maize and wheat can be held in a WDRA-registered warehouse under an electronic receipt in your name, and sold later in the season.
Our margin is agreed in writing before your lot is graded. Freight, grading and any platform charges are shown line by line.
The grading point is a business. We want a woman to own it.
Every lot we buy is sorted, graded, weighed and documented in the village before a truck is loaded. In the onion and pulses belts, most of that work is already done by women — as daily-wage labour, unnamed on any invoice. Vriddhi Global contracts that work instead to a Vriddhi Saathi: a village-level entrepreneur, usually from a self-help group or a women-led FPO, who runs the collection and grading point for her village as her own enterprise.
छँटाई का काम पहले से महिलाएँ ही करती हैं। अब वह काम उनका कारोबार बने — नाम के साथ, बैंक खाते के साथ, हर लॉट के रिकॉर्ड के साथ।
She is paid a fixed service fee per quintal graded, transferred on the same day the farmer is paid. Her income is tied to the volume she handles and the quality of her records, never to the commodity price. One Saathi running a point that loads three trucks a week earns a steady monthly income from work her village was already doing for free.
- Collects farmers' lots at one point in the village against our purchase order
- Sorts and grades to the buyer's specification; tags every bag
- Weighs on a digital scale, fills the acceptance note, photographs the lot in the app
- Confirms each farmer's bank details so payment goes out at loading
- A per-quintal service fee, agreed in writing, paid the same day as the farmers
- No stock, no price risk, no working capital needed — we pay the farmers directly
- A business in her name: registration, Udyam and bank account help from us
- A record of every lot graded — the track record a bank or an FPO will recognise
- Grading kit, sizing rings, digital scale and bag tags
- The Vriddhi app in Hindi and Marathi, with the buyer's grade shown in pictures
- Two days of training with the first two lots, then a named desk contact
- Priority onboarding for SHG federations and women-led FPOs, in partnership with the group's women's-livelihood programme
Produce to your specification, from a supplier who is accountable for it.
Your dark store or plant needs a set grade, a set tolerance, and a delivery date that holds. Most suppliers promise all three; few are accountable when one slips. Vriddhi Global procures against your written purchase order, grades at origin with your assessor present, and is answerable for the lot from loading to your gate.
Commodity, grade, quantity, price, delivery window, and the tolerances your QC will accept.
Lots from FPOs and farmer groups, graded and weighed at the loading point. Your assessor accepts before the truck leaves.
Delivered to your location or ex-origin as you prefer. Settlement on a fixed-date bill, escrow-backed where your end-buyer pays through one.
You deal with us, not with twenty farmers. Disputes, if any, are ours to resolve.
What we don't do: hold speculative stock, or ship a lot your assessor has not accepted. If a lot fails your spec at origin, it doesn't load.

AI that works for both sides of the trade.
Our desk runs on an AI system that reads every order, every lot offer and every grading report the same way, every day. It finds the matches, does the arithmetic, and enforces the rules. People make the decisions.
Reads buyer orders and FPO lot offers from platforms, mandi feeds and messages, and matches each order to the lots that actually meet its specification.
Captures the grading report and weighbridge slip at loading and checks them against the buyer's written tolerance. Anything not on the report is flagged, never assumed.
Converts every offer to the same basis — ex-origin or delivered, freight by distance, grading and any platform charges — so seller and buyer see the same landed price and the same margin.
No lot is bought without a buyer's order. No price without a grading report. No stock held overnight. The system says no before a person has to.
Explainable. Every match comes with the checks it passed and the reasons it failed. Nothing is a black box.
Logged. Every decision, quote and delivery order is recorded electronically and can be shown to a farmer, a mill or a bank.
Human-approved. The AI ranks and drafts. A named person at Vriddhi Global approves every trade. It never places an order on its own.
